A group of staff at The Norton Knatchbull School in Ashford, Kent have teamed up to take part in the Ashford 10K Run on October 12th to help raise money for the charity Holding On Letting Go. Family bereavement has sadly but inevitably been something that a number of our students have had to cope with over recent years. We do hope that you can contribute to our fundraising.

Holding On Letting Go support children, young people, and their families after the death or anticipated death of someone close to them. Our vision is a world in which every bereaved child, and their family, receives the support they need to process their grief in healthy ways, minimising the negative impact that bereavement in childhood can have on a young person’s future prospects and wellbeing. We aim to help each bereaved young person “Hold On” to the happy memories of their loved one, while “Letting Go” of any painful ones.
