I am proud to be one of 10 dedicated fundraisers running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 6 April 2025 to raise awareness and funds for the Addison's Disease Self-Help Group (ADSHG).

The ADSHG charity supports everyone affected by Addison's and adrenal insufficiency. Addison’s is a rare endocrine condition where the adrenal glands do not produce enough steroid hormones and can be life-threatening. It affects approximately 1 in 10,000 people and is roughly 300 times rarer than diabetes.

Every donation will go directly towards the Addison’s Disease Self-Help Group’s mission of supporting the Addison's and adrenal insufficiency community and their healthcare providers as well as supporting vital research. Together, we can make a real difference.
