Many of the members of our gym are taking on various challenges such as “The Wall Ultramarathon”, “The Pilgrims Ultramarathon” and “The Mont Blanc Mountain Climb” to raise money for Embers.

Embers was set up by one of our member’s wife when she was diagnosed with incurable breast cancer at the age of 29 after first battling breast cancer at the age of 25.She found quickly that there was very little support out there for young adults with cancer so Embers was born.
