I'm raising funds for From a young age, I had a passion for learning and dreamed of attending university to study Medicine. I would often spend my evenings with my nose buried in books, imagining a future where I could be part of that team that move from ward to ward helping patients and alleviating their pairs and worries that would inspire others.

However, I faced significant challenges. My family struggled financially after I lost my lost father to death and the burden of supporting the household fell on on me and my mother’s shoulders Despite receiving acceptance letters from several colleges, the reality of tuition fees and living expenses loomed large.

I was felt devastated. I traded multiple things, like orange and different fruits, including vegetables leaves to help make ends meet, but it was never enough. Each time I thought about college, it felt like a distant dream slipping further away. Friends and classmates moved on to their next chapters, while I remained stuck, feeling a mix of envy and resignation.

Years passed, and the weight of unfulfilled dreams began to take its toll. But one day, I was volunteering at a local grocery shop, I met an old classmate who shared her own story of struggle and perseverance. Inspired, I realized that it wasn’t too late to pursue my educational dreams, even with financial constraints. In September, 2023, I applied to Dalhousie University Nova Scotia Canada for admission to study Business Administration. Luckily I was granted admission in February 29, 2024, you couldn’t imagine the joy I felt when I received the admission invitation letter, but unfortunately my joy was completely lost after paying $200 dollars for the acceptance fees, hoping to pay the tuition with student loans. I was asked to pay $2,500 for Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) and part of the school fees but was unable to make the payment of $2,500 for Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) to secure my admission. I deferred my admission to 2025 Fall (September), hoping to struggle and gather some money before the 2025 academic season, but here I am still not being able to gather the said money to further my education, staring at my zeal and dream to gain educational knowledge becoming impossible. Every night I will bring out my offer letter, read through it over and over again, crying and praying to God to help me achieve my dreams before leaving this world. Remembering my late father whose death have caused me and my siblings so much pain in our entire especially whenever I see my classmates whose parents are supportive till date. But I trust in God because I keep on believing that one day God will change my sad story to a joyful one because I know that you are blessed to be a blessing to people around the world.
