We will be taking on a 150km ride from Belfast to Dublin to raise funds for the incredible work of the MFC Foundation.

The story is: donate what you can, it goes to a great cause who make a real difference to peoples lives in communities that really need it.

The bike ride will be a laugh all the way and we are buzzing to have the Boro on our tops too. It's highly likely we will sink a few Guinnesses whilst we watch the World Cup! We think that commitment deserves a few quid...
