The Norn Iron Challenge involves completing six full-distance triathlons in six weeks, each consisting of a 2.4-mile (3,800m) swim, a 112-mile (180km) cycle, and a 26-mile (42.2km) run. I will start in County Fermanagh on the second weekend of August and progress through Tyrone, Londonderry/Derry, Antrim, and Down, finishing in County Armagh, my home county.

I am undertaking this challenge to help raise money for the Southern Area Hospice. The Southern Area Hospice provided incredible support to a very good friend of mine when she needed it the most, so I want to express my gratitude and help others who require their amazing services.
