Story
We’re proud to support the incredible work of The Christie Charity, helping to raise funds for a brand-new, state-of-the-art cancer scanning centre.
The current CT department at The Christie Hospital was built in 1980 and originally saw just 20 patients a day. Today, demand has grown significantly — and the facilities need to keep pace.
This new centre will transform care, creating more space for patients and their loved ones, alongside cutting-edge equipment to support faster, more accurate diagnoses.
To support this vital project, two Sale Sharks Strength & Conditioning coaches — Charlotte Drainer and Adam Simpson — are taking on the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 19 April to raise funds for the cause.
Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference. Thank you for your support.
