The Nottingham Children's Hospital team are taking on the challenge of a 24 hour cycle using static bikes at the entrance to Queens Medical Centre. We'll start cycling at 12 noon on Wednesday 3rd June and take turns to cycle continuously until 12 noon on Thursday 4th June.

We really appreciate any donations to keep us going, and to support the fantastic work of the Children's Hospital. All money raised will go to the Nottingham Children's Hospital dedicated funding pot with Nottingham Hospitals Charity. The charity makes a real difference to the children and young people we care for, from funding specialist equipment, to supporting youth groups, to helping make the hospital feel a little bit less scary for children and young people.

An example of what your support will help us with... the fundraising will kick off efforts to improve facilities in the Emergency Department for children and young people with burns. Burns can happen to anyone and The Children's Burns Trust state 10,164 children were burned or scalded in the UK in 2025. By improving our showering facilities to cool burns, we can improve care for children and young people, and reduce distress during a very stressful time for families.
