Story
Imagine travelling 25,000 miles, the equivalent of a journey right around the world, in just 80 days.
That's exactly what staff from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service are doing to raise vital funds for Fire Fighters Charity, an organisation that supports serving and retired firefighters and their families when they need it most.
Every mile counts. Whether it's running, walking, cycling, rowing, or any other activity, colleagues across the Service are coming together to contribute miles to our collective challenge and make a real difference.
Leading from the front, Chief Fire Officer Craig Parkin will cycle an incredible 250 miles in just two days, visiting every fire station across Nottinghamshire.
Together, we're proving that when a fire service comes together behind a cause, there's no limit to how far we can go. Please support us and help every mile have an even greater impact.
