Nottingham Forest Football Club have kindly donated the signed shirt in support of a patient and his work colleagues who are taking part in a fundraising walk for Mesothelioma UK. They will be setting off on 25th November from Ipswich stadium and walking all the way to Nottingham Forest stadium for the match between Ipswich and Forest on Saturday 30th November!
