Extra Cover, in collaboration with Not Out Mental Health, is on a mission to break down current boundaries and highlight the positives of opening up to prevent and address a current mental health situation.

We picked Mind as they are a charity that works alongside the PCA, which havea ided many of the players that we interviewed.
