We’re a Yorkshire based Running Club raising money and awareness for @bowelcanceruk after the passing of a family member • Grandad E.K.

Our community welcomes all ability levels • Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced. Please feel free to DM if you’d like to ask any questions 📱

We run three sessions over two days per week:

• Wednesday - Men’s Run 🏃🏻‍♂️

• Wednesday - Women’s Run 🏃🏻‍♀️

• Saturday - Mixed Run - Coffee to Finish ☕️

All meeting points and routes for the following week will be posted on our Instagram page @novarunningyorkshire each Sunday 📍📆

Optional donations of £3 per week are welcome • Proceeds go towards @bowelcanceruk 🫶🏻

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity.

They fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

Their aim is to stop people dying of bowel cancer.
