Team Cat-Nav (Sophie, Harry and Ellie) are taking part in Nu Image's Race to Base.

The concept: teams will be randomly dropped at a secret location somewhere across Norfolk.

No phones.

No maps.

No transport.

Our mission? Find your way back to Nu Image HQ on Thorpe Road. The fastest team back to base wins!

It is a game that will test our teamwork, resourcefulness and local knowledge.

Race to Base is raising money for Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, a local charity that empowers people through sport and community.

They create safe spaces to support and inspire people, and run a variety of community and inclusion based projects, such as:

- Duncans Club, a support programme for people with dementia.

- Pan-Disability Football, inclusive sessions for players of all abilities.

- Coffee and Comrades, coffee mornings for veterans and serving personnel to socialise.

- And many more.
