Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital - Kiltwalk Big Stroll 2026
On Saturday 25 April, colleagues from Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital will be coming together to take part in the Kiltwalk Big Stroll, raising vital funds for a hospice that means a great deal to us.
We are walking in memory of Professor Brady, a much‑loved and deeply respected member of our hospital community. Professor Brady dedicated 28 years of his career to Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital, where he was known not only for his clinical excellence, but for his compassion, integrity and unwavering commitment to patient care.
Alongside his work with patients, Professor Brady made an enormous contribution to the wider hospital community. He served for seven years on the Medical Advisory Committee, including time as Medical Advisory Chair, where his thoughtful leadership and wisdom helped shape the hospital and support colleagues across many specialties. His impact is still felt today, and he is warmly remembered by staff and patients alike.
By taking part in the Kiltwalk, our team wants to honour Professor Brady’s legacy and raise money for a hospice whose care supports patients and families at the moments they need it most. Hospices rely heavily on fundraising to continue providing compassionate, specialist care, and every donation truly makes a difference.
