Story
"Why Nutritious Minds Trust needs your support"

Nutritious Minds Trust is a UK charity dedicated to improving brain health, emotional wellbeing and life outcomes for children, young people and adults affected by ADHD, neurodivergence and mental health challenges.
We provide free and accessible support across communities, including:
Three free monthly adult ADHD support groups in Caterham, Lightwater and Suffolk
Wellness and regulation days (including movement, sound healing, art and mindfulness)
Creative and educational projects for young people, including summer camps
BEAANS (Beats, Exercise, Art, ADHD & Nutrition Study) – combining science, creativity and physical activity
Community events and public talks on brain health and neurodiversity
Educational sessions in schools and prisons, including our Crime & Nourishment programme
Emotional and practical support for young people and families navigating ADHD, burnout, anxiety and life transitions
All of our work is rooted in neuroscience, nutrition and compassion, and much of what we offer is provided free of charge to ensure nobody is excluded due to cost.
How your donation helps. Your donation directly supports:
1. Safe spaces for connection and peer support
2. Access to brain health education and practical tools
3. Creative and therapeutic activities for young people
4. Outreach to underserved and high-risk communities
5. Reducing isolation, stigma, and long-term mental health risk
In short, your support helps people feel understood, empowered and hopeful — often at moments when they need it most. Every donation, big or small, helps! Thank you.
