The team at National Veterinary Services Limited (NVSL) are getting into the festive spirit with a whole host of festive activities, from the annual Christmas Prize Draw to the much-anticipated workstation decorating competition and not forgetting Christmas Jumper Day too!

We like to make the most of this opportunity to raise some much-needed funds for a very worthwhile local charity and we’ve selected the Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank as our nominated Christmas charity for 2022.

We’re aware that not everybody’s Christmas is packed with fun and festivities and the cost-of-living crisis means that even more families are going to struggle to afford the basics this year. By supporting the foodbank, we can help them to make sure that no one goes hungry this Christmas.

The Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank network, which includes 15 Distribution Centres, is doing an amazing job in helping local people in crisis. In the last year they’ve provided emergency food supplies to nearly 15,000 people, over a third of that specifically for children. Our 2021 festive fundraising campaign raised over £2,000 and with your support, we’d love to smash that target and make a real difference to as many families as possible this Christmas.
