Talbot House is a fantastic charity, supporting parents and unpaid carers of children and adults with learning disabilities across Manchester since 1976.

They provide practical advice to enable carers to access the support they require in terms of benefits, care services, advocacy, form filling, training and well-being which carers need to be able to cope on a day-to-day basis.

More importantly, they organise much-needed social events, day trips and community gatherings whereby knowledge and support can be shared and friendships built.
