🎄 Christmas Jumper Day – 16th December 🎄

This festive season, the Oakmere team is spreading holiday cheer with a Christmas Jumper Day to raise funds for St. Luke’s Cheshire Hospice. Expect plenty of festive fun as we don our best (and perhaps worst!) Christmas jumpers for this fantastic cause.

But this is just one part of our commitment to making a difference. Our goal for 2024 is to raise £10,000 for St. Luke’s Hospice—an incredible local organization near our office. The funds will go towards purchasing a cuddle bed, providing comfort and connection to families during life’s most challenging times.

🏅 Summer Olympics Challenge

We kicked things off with the Summer Olympics Challenge, where our team went above and beyond, demonstrating amazing teamwork and perseverance to raise vital funds.

🌍 Josh Has Conquered Everest for St Luke’s! 🌍

Not stopping at the Olympics, Josh, a valued member of the Oakmere family, recently completed an extraordinary 12-day trek to Everest Base Camp.

Josh’s self-funded journey ensured that every penny raised goes directly to St. Luke’s Hospice, helping us get closer to our £10,000 target. His achievement has been nothing short of inspiring!

💖 Why St Luke’s?

St. Luke’s Hospice holds a special place in our hearts. Many Oakmere team members have had family and friends cared for by their incredible team. The hospice provides vital services to individuals and families in our community, and your support makes a direct impact.

Earlier this year, St. Luke’s acquired one cuddle bed, which has already brought immense comfort to patients and families, including Sue and Mike Summersgill from Crewe. Sue, 52, and her husband Mike found solace in the bed during her final weeks, allowing them to share precious moments of closeness.
