DUE TO FORECASTED HOT WEATHER, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO TAKE PLACE LATER IN THE YEAR.

On Friday July 10th 2026, children from Oak Trees MAT schools will be walking twelve miles of the Wirral Way Coastal Walk as part of a relay. Each school team will cover a mile of the walk before passing the baton on to the next school. The walk will begin at Egremont in Wallasey in the morning and we will end the day in Thurstaston. We will be raising funds for The Hive Youth Zone, who provide a safe engaging space for young people, where they can find something positive to do and someone trusted to talk to.
