The reason we have chosen to raise funds for MHA:

“Mental Health Aberdeen is a local charity that provides free counselling and information services to children, young people and adults experiencing difficulties related to their mental health and wellbeing. Since 1950, Mental Health Aberdeen has worked to support local people facing mental health challenges, educate our local community about mental health, and promote emotional well being for all. We operate six counselling projects that offer more than 22,000 counselling sessions each year to people in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire - and all for free.”
