On the 6th June I will be abseiling 100 m down the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth to raise much needed funds for the charity Oceans Of Hope. Oceans Of Hope is a UK charity for people with Multiple Sclerosis, run by people with MS who understand what it’s like day to day. It organises sailing events that boost mental and physical wellbeing – offering confidence, community, and practical support that’s hard to find elsewhere. The camaraderie of sailing a yacht creates an environment where people can comfortably share their hopes and fears.

Funds keep day sails on the Solent free or subsidised and support weekends like Calvert Lakes’ adaptive activities which include sailing, zip lining, canoeing and archery.

Each meter down turns fear into funds, and funds into more voyages where MS doesn’t set the limits. Please sponsor me and share my story to help more people find freedom on the water.
