Katie and myself have taken on the challenge of participating in HYROX Cardiff 2025 to raise funds for those living with cancer. HYROX is an incredible event that combines running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km followed by a functional workout station, repeated eight times. This event is not just about physical endurance; it’s about making a difference in the lives of millions.

Currently, there are over 3 million people living with cancer in the UK. It is the mission of Macmillan to support everyone from the moment of diagnosis, providing vital services like the Macmillan Support Line. However, they cannot achieve this without generous donations from compassionate individuals like you.
