This February will mark the 4th anniversary of the full scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, and the proceeding campaign of terror on civilians and infrastructure, as well as full scale war, in Ukraine. We will be using this week to promote Ukrainian culture, as well as raising money to send a 4th vehicle out to Ukraine in the Spring.

This year has been a difficult one for our friends from Ukraine. Navigating new visas and homes, with the constant worry about friends and family left behind in an increasingly uncertain Ukraine. The young people (English and Ukrainian) from Odiham and surrounds were very keen to show their support, and provide a much needed vehicle, packed full of humanitarian aid, once again.

Please save the date for our next fabulous concert, planned and organised by local young people and involving our local schools and colleges. You can expect the same incredible level of musicality, fun and tears as ever, but this time we will have special guests from a local Ukrainianchoir.

Since its formation in February 2023, Pickups for Peace has dedicated itself to supplying four- wheel drive vehicles and urgently required aid to the people of Ukraine. All trucks donated have provided valuable support on the ground to aid effort in Ukraine and we are committed to delivering pick-ups till the conflict is over.
