In 2021, our friend Olisa Odukwe lost his life to suicide. Olisa loved football, prompting us to create our club, Odukwe F.C., to raise awareness for mental health issues.

In our third season as a club, we have partnered with CALM, who have sponsored our kits, and we are hoping to raise money for them through our Campaign, CALM on Tour and different fundraisers.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week, 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life-saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
