Story

29th June – 6th July | 177 miles |

This summer, I’m setting off on an adventure to walk the entire 177-mile length of Offa’s Dyke, starting from Sedbury and ending in Prestatyn, in just one week. I’ll be carrying everything I need on my back and camping along the way.

Fuelled by the urge to do something a bit crazy, I wanted an adventure that would test me, reconnect me with nature, and remind me of what I’m capable of. I’m also walking to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Like so many others, cancer has touched my family. My mum’s recent experience reminded me just how important it is to have the right support, for both the person going through it, and those around them. Macmillan plays a vital role in offering that support, and it would mean a lot to be able to give something back.

This is my first long-distance walk, but I’m excited for the challenge ahead. I’d be incredibly grateful for any support or donations you can offer.
