215km Ultramarathon - Bristol to Oswestry · 6 May 2026

We've been helping people who are homeless & vulnerable in Bristol for 35 years, by providing food, shelter, hope and support. We have four services; The Wild Goose Centre, Spring of Hope Women's Shelter, Life Recovery & S & E Bristol foodbank. A client shared with us, "you've saved my life."

Story

On the 6th May 2026 I'll be attempting a 215km run from Bristol to Oswestry (office-to-office) - with a 48 hour goal. The route follows the historical Offa's Dyke through England and Wales with over 4500m of elevation.

Adam, Chris, Si and Billy will be heavily involved in the support and planning so cheers to them.

This page supports inHope (Bristol). They work with people experiencing homelessness and poverty across the city, offering practical support and longer-term help to rebuild stability - including outreach and emergency help, support to move into more secure housing, mental health and wellbeing support, and help accessing the services people need to get back on their feet.
