Hi, my name is Casiana (known as Officially Syanna online) and I am driven by a deep desire to follow my dreams and use my voice for something bigger than myself! ✨

In 2025, my life changed when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Like many others living with MS, I face an invisible disability, one that isn’t always seen, but is felt every single day. This diagnosis has challenged me in ways I never imagined, but it has also strengthened my purpose. I am determined to show that no matter your background, circumstances, or health condition, you are still worthy of dreaming, showing up, and shining.

MS is unpredictable and affects everyone differently. That’s why organisations like the MS Society and MS Trust are so vital. They provide life-changing support, guidance, and vital research that helps people living with MS today, while also working towards better treatments, and one day, hopefully, a cure. Their work supports not only individuals with MS, but also families, carers, and the wider community.

I want to give back to the charities that continue to give hope to so many people like me. Supporting MS research is imperative, not just for improved treatment options, but for a future where MS no longer limits lives or dreams.
