Ogden 4H is hosting their 6th Hunger Fight with Meals from the Heartland on December 3rd starting at 5:00pm. With your help, Ogden 4H will package 20,000 meals to help those struggling with food insecurity.
20,000 meals is enough to feed 77 kids for an entire year!

Meals from the Heartland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit based out of Valley Junction is West Des Moines. They are a hunger relief organization with the mission to Empower People to Save Starving Children.

"An estimated 14 million children under the age of five worldwide suffer from severe acute malnutrition, also known as severe wasting, yet only 25 percent of severely malnourished children have access to lifesaving treatment," as stated by the Action Against Hunger organization.
