I am doing this not just for me who struggles with mental health am doing for a good friend of mine who i grown up with And struggled with his mental health and sadly lost his life at a young age.its mainly it’s for men who can’t speak out.i have a started my own group called OG-warriors For people are struggling a surviving through them dark thoughts and overcoming and survived it and still fighting💙💙💙.
