The Old Crown in Great Bookham will be holding a 4-day charity family event (28th-31st August). We encourage donations all weekend but our goal is to raise awareness of DIPG, a devastating paediatric brain cancer, and to fund better trials, better treatments, and one day, a cure.

Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma affects around 40 children a year in the UK. At the moment, there is no cure and no proven treatments for DIPG. Abbie’s Army is committed to raising funds and, with the support and advice of Scientific Advisors, commissioning or contributing to high-quality and innovative medical research to find a cure for DIPG.

Being part of raising donations and awareness for DIPG at the Old Crown is an honour, and as a team we are proud to be doing our part to help spread awareness for other children like Billy. Please help us in making this weekend a true triumph.
