Robbie set up this charity just before he died to improve the quality of life for young people with cancer. It continues to support Ward 27 through funding trips away, revamping treatment rooms, providing vital equipment such as a bladder & canula scanner and opening a complimentary therapy room.

Story

During Robbie's 15 month battle with a rare form of terminal cancer, at just aged 12, he created The Robbie Anderson Cancer Trust. The charity provides a facility where young people are treated in age appropriate surroundings and it helped fund the revamp of Ward 27 at Leicester Royal Infirmary. The charity continues to support Ward 27 through funding trips away for patients, redecorating treatment rooms, providing vital pieces of equipment including a bladder and canula scanner and last year they opened a new, dedicated therapy room.
