Exercise is one of the best ways to prevent dementia. This is why we are taking on Hike For A Cure — Peak District 26 miles, for Alzheimer’s Research UK. We choose to walk from Bakewell to Carsington Water not because it is hard, but because it is easier than learning languages — another effective tool to keep Alzheimer's away.

Even so, we are not doing too badly. These are some of the tongues you can hear (or read) in our office (maybe not always exactly in these polite words....):
