A serious mental health epidemic is affecting young people in the UK, with more than one in four (26%) of those waiting for mental health support having attempted to take their own life.

We have decided to lace up our running shoes and tackle the Brussels marathon to raise funds for Youth Mental Health charity, Beyond.

This endeavour will not only push us to our physical limits but also serve as a reminder of the resilience we all possess when we come together for a meaningful cause.

Young people face a multitude of challenges that can take a toll on their mental well-being. Academic pressures, social media, bullying, and the pandemic have only amplified these challenges.
