I will run the Hackney Half for Movember this May, a charity whose cause strongly resonates with me.

I will be running for my Grandpa and Uncle, who have both been affected by prostate cancer and thanks to the amazing work of charities like Movember, I am lucky enough to say they are still here to watch me race.

I am also a big advocate of men's mental health and encourage anyone reading this who is struggling to reach out and speak to someone. It's never too late, and you will always have an ear.
