This Saturday I'm running as far as I can to raise money for the charity Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). How far will I get? 40km? 60km? 80km? More?? Only one way to find out.

The plan is to run repeated loops around Bristol, dropping by the house to refuel each loop, until I can run no longer.

To add an extra bit of jeopardy to the mix, the highest single donation amount will be my target in km!

The money raised will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). MAP run programmes in the West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem, and Lebanon, providing immediate medical aid to those in great need, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system.

MAP have launched an emergency response to address the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza. They are working to procure and distribute medical and other lifesaving supplies to support the growing health needs in Gaza, and to date have provided $1.8 million worth of essential supplies.
