Campaign by Sue Ryder (RCN 1052076)
Team Sue Ryder are taking on the TCS London Marathon 2025 to ensure no-one faces death or grief alone. Every step you take will help us to be there when it matters.

Story

I have been lucky enough to secure a ballot place for the London Marathon 2025 which means I am free to raise funds for charities of my choice.

2023 was not a good year for my family, losing my Father-in-Law David in February and my Dad Geoff in May. I'd like to honour both of these great men by raising funds for the hospices that supported them when they needed it most. We will be forever grateful for the love and care they showed to both our fathers and to our families during that time, and I can't think of better two causes to donate to.

You can donate to either charity using the relevant link.

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with Sue Ryder's support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. They are there when it matters.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
