This April, I’ve set myself the challenge to run my first ever marathon. I want to raise awareness and much-needed funds for lobular breast cancer research. It’s a cause that means a lot to me with my mum recently being diagnosed for a second time.

Lobular breast cancer accounts for around 15% of breast cancers. It behaves differently not forming a lump so can often go undetected and therefore present at a much later stage. I’m passionate about supporting this cause so that those like my mum can have better screening and proper targeted treatment options.
