I've been running just over a year now, completing two half marathons in that time making this my third.

Over that time my parents have been haranging me to run for a cause but I never really knew which one to do it for.

That's when we remembered that London Ability is a registered charity and a great cause to run for.

My brother Toby, who has downs syndrome, has been going to London Ability's day centre for nearly two years and has really enjoyed the time he has spent there.

London Ability is a brilliant charity that helps those with disabilities both enjoy life more and eventually find a place in the world of work. Their day centre hosts many activities that both engage and educate those who attend as well as taking excursions out into London to practice life skills.

These oppurtunities really make life better for people like my brother and can be improved even further by extra support.
