We empower adults with learning disabilities through safe, supportive homes, where they can learn the life skills they need to live as independently as they choose. We teach life skills such as budgeting, cooking and using public transport, so each person can live their life to the full.

Story

Oliver and Gareth are running the Brighton Half Marathon for The Outlook Foundation! Outlook supports adults with learning disabilities through safe, supportive homes where people can learn the life skills they need to live as independently as they choose.

Oliver said: "I am running a half marathon raising money for the Outlook Foundation, to help people with learning disabilities. I love running because I am trying to lose weight. Running is good for mental health. I feel great! The Foundation helps us to lean life skills."

Gareth said: "I'm running the half marathon with Oliver to support him with his wish to raise some money for the Foundation and to become fitter and healthier. Oliver is quite right that exercise is good for both our physical and mental well-being."
