I'm a scout from 1st South Ascot Scouts, and I'm raising money to visit Malawi to build a community centre for orphans in August 2024.

This is part of an organised group with Berkshire Scouts & a British charity called Joshua which assists orphans and their communities in Malawi.

I will be spending the next 10 months fundraising, so any donation small or large will be very much appreciated as I need to find all funds by end of May 2024.

I hope to gain new skills (team work, resiliency, adaptability, confidence, new friends), as well as appreciate everything I have whilst helping others in a much more deprieved background than myself. I will also be learning building skills - learning to make bricks/bricklaying/cement mixing & Painting & general DIY skills.
