Oli Lambert and Ed Mead are asking for your help in providing financial assistance and encouragement to those willing to drive to Ukraine with Pickups 4 Peace.

Oliver Lambert is raising money for Pickups for Peace
We have already delivered 642, 4WD vehicles, ambulances and quad bikes to Ukraine, loaded with essential aid to support those most in need. But we’re not stopping there and we need your support to make it happen. Every donation helps us get life-saving aid to those who need it most

Story

Pickups for Peace is a remarkable charity supporting Ukraine at a time of immense and unrelenting pressure. They've inspired hundreds of individuals to purchase and drive 4x4s packed with essential supplies to Ukraine—leaving the vehicles behind to carry out life-saving work.

Having recently completed a convoy with my friend Ed Mead—and preparing for another—we’ve been asking friends and supporters if they’d consider purchasing a vehicle and joining us on an upcoming Pickups for Peace convoy.

However, that is not the purpose of this page, please read on.

We have found that many are eager to take part in the five-day trip and, whilst they may have some funds available, family and work commitments make it difficult. Alongside them are those that are willing and ready to go—but feel they may struggle to raise the necessary funds.

The idea of finding circa £5,000 can be daunting and discouraging. Our goal here is to seed and support those willing but worried— kickstart their funding helping them overcome the voice that says “thanks I'd like to help....but it's not for me…”

Many young people have already made the journey, and we hope many more will share in the extraordinary sense of unity, goodwill, and gratitude that Ed and I have been lucky enough to experience.

To be clear: this isn’t about funding our own vehicle or helping those with resources already at hand. This is to lift up those on the fence—removing barriers for people who want to help but need a leg up to get going.

Thank you for considering us.

Time is of the essence and every bit of encouragement makes a real difference.

Yours Oli and Ed.
