Story

I’m running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money in honor of my dad, who has battled polycystic kidney disease (PKD). PKD is a lifelong genetic condition that can lead to kidney failure, and my dad’s journey has been one of incredible strength and resilience. After years of challenges, he was given a second chance at life thanks to a life-saving kidney transplant from his sister. Their story of love and sacrifice has inspired me to take on this challenge, not just to honor them, but to help support others affected by kidney disease. Every step I take is for those still waiting for a transplant, for families navigating the uncertainty of PKD, and for the vital research that can change lives. Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference in supporting this cause. Thank you for your support!
