Story
I’m running the London Marathon 2025 to raise funds for Brain Tumour Research in memory of my friend Ethan, who tragically passed away at just 17 from Glioblastoma, a devastating form of brain cancer that doesn’t discriminate by age. Ethan and I first met playing football at Sandhurst FC when we were 5, and from that moment, we grew up together, sharing laughs, school classes, and countless memories.
What makes this fight even more heartbreaking is that treatment for brain cancer hasn’t changed in over 30 years, despite brain tumours receiving just 1% of the total cancer research funding. In Ethan’s memory, I’m determined to help change that. Any donation, big or small, would make a huge difference. Let’s make sure no one else has to go through what Ethan and his family did. Thank you.
