Story
In the last few years, our community, family and friends have been deeply impacted by the devastating effects of brain tumours. We have witnessed the struggles of a close loved one, a family friend, and even a young child battling this relentless disease. The loss and suffering have been profound, but amidst the darkness, there is hope. My nephew's journey from illness to recovery has been a testament to the power of determination, compassionate care and research.
As we stand together in solidarity, I am driven to make a difference. On April 27th, 2025, I will take on the adidas Manchester Marathon carrying a 35lb backpack, symbolizing the weight of this cause.
Brain tumours claim far too many lives, yet receive only a fraction of research funding. By supporting Brain Tumour Research, we can change this narrative and work towards finding a cure. Together, let's fund the fight and bring hope to those affected.
