Nicole Tallon (below) is 27 years old & had heart surgery for the 4th time on 24th April 2025. Gavin, Danny, Oliver,Rachel &Leah Tallon will walk 250 miles (50 miles each) during the month of June to raise vital money for Bravehearts NI, the voluntary organisation who help support adults with congenital heart disease.
