Hi all,

On Sunday 25th June 2023 I will be completing my very first Triathlon for the Motor Neurone Disease association.

As a keen runner and cyclist I have always been interested in the world of Triathlon but always been put off by the open water swim. Back in February I won free entry into Norwich Triathlon and it was too good an opportunity to turn down!

I will be raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease association. This is a cause that has affected my girlfriend's family and one that needs as much funding as possible.

If you could spare any money it would be greatly appreciate it.
