Oliver is 11 years old and has a love for rugby, he spent years playing for east hull and wants to return if/when he is able too.

Unfortunately he was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia on 18th December 2024 (a type of blood cancer)

Oliver is keen to beat cancer but his condition isn’t curable due to his bone marrow fusing the BCR-ABL 1 gene.

He will need to stay on his chemo treatment for life and is staying under Leeds oncologys care.

As his parents we are heartbroken for our son and praying that in time they will find a medical cure other than transplant so he can live the longest life possible.
