This August, Molly, Abi and I are walking 260km along the Camino de Portuguese – a route through Portugal and Spain – to raise money for Mums In Need (MIN), a Sheffield-based charity where I work.

MIN supports mothers who have left abusive relationships and are still facing post-separation abuse. This ongoing form of abuse often leaves women stuck in legal battles, financial strain, and emotional stress. MIN offers practical support including 1:1 casework, legal advice, counselling, and wellbeing services.
