On Sunday 1st September a strong legged team is embarking on another epic one day cycle ride for the third year in a row covering around 78 miles, all in aid of charity.

Alive is dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life of older people and their carers. Our vision is a world where older people live lives full of value, meaning and connection. Whether it's through the use of iPads, music, dance, intergenerational or gardening work, we engage older people creatively, reduce social isolation and connect them to their local communities.
