I am supporting IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services) formerly known as Women’s Aid Whilst the charity encompasses care for all subject to abuse, the support they offer women in suffocating and destructive circumstances is unrivalled. This charity is all about giving individuals the confidence to stand up for themselves.

For too many, fear is felt on a daily basis, as they tiptoe through the days not really living, but surviving. I feel strongly that nobody should have to endure any kind of abuse. It’s damaging beyond words, and that is why I have chosen to support this incredible charity.
